Salon Lanson Introduces a Delightful Easter Brunch for All Ages

A newly launched 3-course menu with free-flow beverage options and kids’ activities

Hong Kong, 27 March 2025 – This Easter, Salon Lanson invites guests to indulge in a delightful brunch experience on 20 and 21 April 2025. Diners can experience a lavish 3-course menu that caters to every palate, while younger diners will be entertained with engaging activities and a dedicated children’s menu.

Guests can look forward to a sumptuous array of delectable choices for each course. To start, diners can select from four enticing appetiser options. The Garden Pea Scotch Egg & Broad Bean dish offers a creative twist on its classic variation. This version replaces the traditional sausage meat coating with a light and invigorating blend of green peas and broad beans, topped with a tangy-sweet tamarind chutney—perfect for welcoming the springtime. Alternatively, the Spring Salad with Poached Chicken Breast features a colourful assortment of crisp salad greens, accompanied by vibrant orange, green and purple cauliflower. Drizzled with a zesty mint and lemon dressing, this dish offers a lively flavour profile that revitalises the palate.

The four main course options are equally appealing. Sourced from the pristine waters of the Atlantic Ocean, the Pan-fried Orange Roughy takes centre stage with a firm yet tender texture. The accompanying caramelised sauce of golden raisins, pine nuts, caperberries and brown butter enhances the mild, delicate taste of the fish. Those who prefer poultry can enjoy the Herb Roasted Spring Chicken, featuring corn-fed chicken from Spain. The breast is prepared sous vide for four hours and then roasted to achieve a crispy finish, while the leg is made into a confit and pan-fried to retain its succulence. This exquisite dish is served alongside spice and vegetable-infused couscous, adding an extra layer of texture. A spring favourite, the Sous Vide Australian Lamb Rump is prepared with precision, cooked for two hours and then pan-fried. It boasts an aromatic crust of fresh herbs and lemon peel, complemented by a rich cannellini bean casserole infused with carrots, celery and pancetta.

To end the brunch experience on a sweet note, guests can opt for the Pistachio Carrot Cake, a modern reinterpretation of a traditional favourite, where walnuts are replaced with pistachios and paired with smooth cream cheese. A fruity alternative, the Pineapple Tarte Tatin draws inspiration from the beloved apple tarte tatin, elevated with a Southeast Asian touch featuring coconut and lemongrass ice cream atop the caramelised pineapple.

For a complete brunch experience, Salon Lanson offers free-flow packages of Prosecco, wine and beer or Saicho sparkling tea for an additional charge. For younger guests, a delightful children’s set of a mini pancake, lasagna bolognese, an egg cup, vegetables, free-flow orange juice and apple juice is also available.

To keep the little ones engaged, a face-painting artist will be on-site to help children transform their faces or hands into their favourite animals or superheroes, all on a complimentary basis. Additionally, each child will take home a surprise gift as a memorable keepsake.

Guests who make a reservation before 15 April 2025 will enjoy a 15% early-bird discount and two hours of complimentary parking at Lee Gardens.
