Hong Kong Odyssey – Spring Edition
Salon Lanson introduces the spring edition of its Hong Kong Odyssey cocktail series, presenting a curated selection of nine bespoke cocktails crafted using the light, clean, and delicate profile of Japanese shochu. Ideal for a relaxed happy hour or as a refined pre‑dinner refreshment, each cocktail is meticulously created to capture the essence of the spring season and the storied streets found just steps from the doorstep of the hotel.
Designed to offer a respite from the bustle of Causeway Bay, the series celebrates the local neighbourhood through a narrative‑led menu, presented as a walking map. Curated by Head Mixologist Manuel Saavedra, the collection captures the subtle nuances of the city, inviting you to connect with the spirit of the neighbourhood from a contemporary perspective. From Incense & Tide, a Negroni‑style creation inspired by the drifting incense coils of the nearby Tin Hau Temple, to the playful yet refined Pink Market Fizz, shaped by the vibrant energy of the revitalised Central Market, and the crystalline, Martini‑style The Jockey’s Weight, each serve reflects a distinct sense of place and craft.
To enhance the cocktail experience, a rotating selection of canapés is also served, presenting a delightful and indulgent pairing for you as you explore this liquid map of the city.
