Perfect for a midday indulgence, the new lunch creations balance rich flavours with refreshing lightness, ideal for both business gatherings and leisurely catch-ups. Highlights include the Grilled Prawn Salad<\/strong>, featuring Argentinian red prawns paired with grilled baby cabbage and a roasted Japanese sesame dressing; the light yet flavourful Pan\u2011Fried Red Snapper<\/strong> served with spring vegetables drenched in a lemon white wine butter sauce. Complete the meal with the refreshing Japanese\u2011style Passion Fruit Cheesecake<\/strong>, accompanied by lemon sherbet and crunchy homemade honeycomb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dinner offerings are equally tantalising and exquisitely crafted.
