客戶服務主任

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the smooth check-in and check-out process for guests
  • Strict implementation of the checkout and financial procedures
  • Contacting the relevant departments (such as engineering, housekeeping , security department , etc.) to solve the problems of guests
  • Updating log-book, acknowledge log-book and follow up
  • Handling complaint for guests in a professional and skilful manner
  • Offering wake-up service and delivering accurate messages
  • Handling express mail, parcels and other services for guests
  • Answering questions raised by the guests on a variety of information

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year working experience on service apartment/hotel reception is preferred
  • Good English communication skills
  • Good communication and telephone skills
  • Mature personality and happy to assist with the guests
  • Detail-minded and have a sense of responsibility
