Salon Lanson Honours Mums with a Lavish Mother’s Day Brunch

A 3-course menu with live jazz and a bespoke bouquet for mothers

Hong Kong, 24 April 2025 – Salon Lanson invites guests to gather around the table and celebrate the extraordinary women in their lives this Mother’s Day with a charming brunch experience. Its exquisite three-course menu is perfect for families to share a cosy celebration in a warm, inviting atmosphere. As the soothing tunes of live jazz fill the air, mothers can select their favourite blooms, which the skilled on-site florist will lovingly transform into bespoke bouquets.

Diners can anticipate a scrumptious selection of dishes, thoughtfully crafted for each course to delight every palate. The four appetiser options promise an impressive start to the experience. The Onsen Egg & Avocado on Walnut Fig Toast is a nod to those who appreciate a hearty and healthy treat, adorned with fresh hydroponic leaves, chia seeds and sunflower seeds. The comforting Cauliflower Cream Soup is enriched with diced carrots, celery and onion, while topped with crispy bacon for an added layer of taste.

The main course options are a celebration of culinary artistry. The Porcini and Ricotta Ravioli is paired with seasonal white asparagus from Germany. The silky pesto cream sauce balances the flavours, resulting in a dish that is both refined and delightful. The Pan-Fried Orange Roughy from the Atlantic is served on velvety butternut squash purée, harmonised with a caramelised brown butter sauce that enhances the fish’s mild and delicate flavour. The tender Sous-Vide Australian Lamb Rump features a fragrant crust of fresh herbs and lemon peel. A highlight on the menu, this dish is served alongside a cannellini bean casserole with diced carrots, celery and pancetta, finished with a rich Madeira jus.

To conclude this pampering experience, guests can choose between three exceptional desserts. The Cookies & Cream Mousse features a rich milk chocolate base topped with velvety cream and finished with coffee crumbs for a perfect crunch. The Pineapple Tarte Tatin, inspired by the classic apple version, features caramelised pineapple complemented by a Southeast Asian twist of coconut and lemongrass ice cream.

As an extra touch for a joyous celebration, each table will be presented with a delicious four-inch cake, honouring the sweet significance of the day.
