Salon Lanson Introduces a New À La Carte Menu

Highlighting Elevated Comfort Dishes for Spring

Hong Kong, 27 February 2026  – Salon Lanson unveils a new à la carte menu featuring an array of elevated comfort dishes designed to delight the palate and rejuvenate the spirit as we welcome spring. Available from 2 March 2026, the lunch and dinner menus highlight a variety of distinct offerings, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience at any time of day.

Ideal for a midday indulgence that balances rich flavours and satisfaction, the lunch specials are perfect for both business meetings and leisurely catch-ups. The Grilled Prawn Salad offers a delightful start with its Asian influences. Argentinian red prawns are prepared using a foamy butter technique, infusing the dish with an enticing aroma. The roasted Japanese sesame dressing complements the grilled baby cabbage, while the balsamic reduction adds a nuanced balance to the sesame dressing’s subtle bitterness.

For those seeking a light yet flavourful main course, the Pan-Fried Red Snapper is an excellent choice. Sourced fresh and marinated in a home blend of herb-infused oil, the snapper is expertly pan-fried and served with spring vegetables drenched in a lemon white wine butter sauce. Elegantly topped with a white balsamic tomato salsa, the dish is as visually appealing as it is delicious.

To complete the meal, the Passion Fruit Cheesecake provides a refreshing finale. This Japanese-style cheesecake features white chocolate, adding a silky texture and an irresistible aroma. Finished with a layer of passionfruit jelly and served alongside lemon sherbet and a crunchy homemade honeycomb, this dessert is sure to impress.

Salon Lanson’s dinner offerings are equally tantalising and exquisitely crafted. The Grilled Hokkaido Scallop features a pan-fried sashimi-grade scallop presented in a warm kombu broth. The broth is made by soaking Japanese kombu in distilled water for 24 hours, before gently simmering and straining it to create a clear stock. Honey beans and steamed leeks are added for a splash of spring colours.

Showcasing premium, wild-caught King Salmon from New Zealand, the Gremolata and Macadamia-Crusted Grilled King Salmon is pan-fried to perfection, then layered with a crunchy macadamia nut crust and baked until golden. Served with wilted kale, slow-cooked diced beetroot and a traditional mustard seed and dill cream, this dish is a celebration of flavours and textures.

Visually striking and reminiscent of spring, the Vanilla Panna Cotta is coated with pomegranate jelly, offering a delectable blend of sweet and tangy flavours. Accompanying this dessert are fresh diced berries, delicately enhanced with finely chopped mint, creating a harmonious balance of sweetness and zest.

Lastly, the Granny Smith Apple Galette is a must-try French classic. The homemade puff pastry is generously layered with slices of apple infused with cinnamon and butter. Baked to perfection and glazed with caramel, this treat is topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
