Stayed here earlier this year for the F1 weekend! Best hotel in my opinion, spacious and clean and staff were so friendly! hidden gem in Melbourne, booked again for next year! If you can get the premium apartment - 10/10!!

Fabulous hotel!
We couldn’t be more impressed by this beautiful hotel. Every detail, every staff member we encountered was exceptional. Just on the edge of the main CBD area, still on the free tram zone but at the quieter end of town. The ground floor bar and dining area was the perfect place to relax after a long day of activities. Service was excellent, meals very reasonably priced and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and highly recommend Lanson Place Melbourne. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

First Class in every aspect of our stay
The moment I stepped through the doors to the foyer I knew I had booked the perfect accommodation. Being greeted by Chris for check in was a delight. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The room overlooked Parliament Gardens which added to the ambience of the space. The breakfast menu was extensive and Nikolai was an excellent attentive staff member. Having use of the gym and pool was also a bonus. I would highly recommend this Hotel for a memorable stay in Melbourne.

A real 'Home away from Home' in the Melb CBD - Highly Recommended

My wife and I stay at a lot of hotels etc and hands down this is by far the best one we have stayed in for a long time! The staff were exceptional, the decor was sensational, the rooms were very tastefully appointed and it is located within walking distance from the CBD. Carparking was at Wilsons right behind the hotel and was cheap when booked online. We have found our new 'Home away from Home'! Many thanks to all the staff and owners. Very highly recommended.

Excellent customer service from reception and front of house staff. Welcoming and accommodating and very engaged and personalized. Friendly staff who made you feel like they were genuinely glad you were there and not a chore to be dealt with. Breakfast is brilliant too

Amazing location! Beautiful Rooms! Exceptional Staff!
We stayed here for 3 nights, whilst my husband was having surgery & a stay at St Vincent’s Hospital. The proximity not only to the hospital, but also to dining & shopping in the CBD was fantastic!

The first 2 nights were in a Double Studio Room, with kitchenette & washer/dryer. Our view from the 7th Floor was stunning! When I needed to extend for a 3rd night, management went above and beyond to accommodate myself & 2 children.. upgrading us to a 1-Bedroom Apartment. Located on the 6th floor, this room not only had space, but a full kitchen too!

The facilities are beautiful, the pool & spa are ideal temperature, and along with the gym, they were open when we wanted to use them late at night!
The hotel is new, so everything is modern & clean.

What really made our stay were the staff. Everyone was always friendly & helpful.

I would highly recommend Lanson Place Parliament Gardens and will definitely look to stay here again when we are next visiting Melbourne!
