Following this ceremonial act, the dynamic rhythms of a traditional Lion and Dragon Dance captivated guests and onlookers, filling the atmosphere with joy and excitement as the performers bring the legendary creatures to life. An essential part of Chinese New Year celebrations, the dance symbolises power, strength, and good fortune. The energetic synchronised movements by skilled artists brought excitement and joy creating an atmosphere of positivity and optimism for the coming year. It was followed by refreshments of light snacks, drinks and tea at Madeleine High Tea while astrologer Jill Andrea Gepilano discussed her predictions for each Chinese Zodiac sign for the Year of the Wood Snake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
