Mr. Rothbarth\u2019s appointment aligns with the brand’s signature ethos of exceptional service and hospitality. Prior to joining Lanson Place, Mr. Rothbarth\u2019s extensive hospitality experience included Cluster General Manager for Fairmont Hotels and Safari Clubs Kenya, including renowned properties Fairmont The Norfolk in the Kenyan capital Nairobi and Fairmont Mara Safari Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born in Offenbach, Germany, his career has spanned continents, with a particular focus on Africa, including positions in Ethiopia, Zambia and South Africa. In 2023, while managing Fairmont The Norfolk, he was honoured with a World Travel Award for \u2018Africa\u2019s Leading City Hotel\u2019. The accolade underscored his dedication to the highest quality experiences and guest satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His experience also extended to The Philippines, where he was General Manager responsible for the pre-opening and launch of the Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA in Manila. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
