class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u7ec3\u4e60\u745c\u4f3d\u7684\u597d\u5904\u591a\u4e0d\u80dc\u6570\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u662f\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u745c\u4f3d\u7684\u70ed\u7231\u53ea\u589e\u4e0d\u51cf\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u4f60\u60f3\u8981\u63d0\u5347\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u67d4\u97e7\u5ea6\u548c\u5e73\u8861\u529b\u3001\u77eb\u6b63\u4e0d\u826f\u59ff\u52bf\u3001\u6539\u5584\u9aa8\u6001\u3001\u8212\u7f13\u8eab\u4f53\u538b\u529b\u548c\u6162\u6027\u75bc\u75db\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u7eaf\u7cb9\u5e0c\u671b\u57f9\u517b\u8fd0\u52a8\u4e60\u60ef\uff0c\u745c\u4f3d\u90fd\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u9002\u5408\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8\u3002\u745c\u4f3d\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u6d3e\u522b\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u6d3e\u522b\u7684\u745c\u4f3d\u4f53\u5f0f\u4ea6\u7565\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u4efb\u4f55\u5e74\u7eaa\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u4f53\u80fd\u9009\u62e9\u6216\u8c03\u6574\u9002\u5408\u7684\u4f53\u5f0f\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u745c\u4f3d\u5f3a\u8c03\u6b63\u5ff5\u548c\u5bf9\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u4eba\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7\u8c03\u6574\u547c\u5438\u3001\u51a5\u60f3\u6765\u653e\u677e\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5bf9\u7ef4\u6301\u548c\u6539\u5584\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u5f88\u6709\u5e2e\u52a9\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-heading\">4\u4e2a\u9002\u5408\u521d\u5b66\u8005\u7684\u745c\u4f3d\u52a8\u4f5c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u5f00\u59cb\u7ec3\u4e60\u745c\u4f3d\u524d\uff0c\u6700\u597d\u5148\u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u4e9b\u6e29\u548c\u7684\u62c9\u4f38\u52a8\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e3a\u9888\u90e8\u3001\u624b\u8155\u3001\u81c0\u90e8\u548c\u811a\u8155\u7b49\u5173\u8282\u90e8\u4f4d\u70ed\u8eab\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u62c9\u4f24\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6761\u4ef6\u5141\u8bb8\uff0c\u8bf7\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f\u7528\u745c\u4f3d\u57ab\u6765\u8fdb\u884c\u7ec3\u4e60\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u745c\u4f3d\u57ab\u5177\u5907\u9632\u6ed1\u548c\u8f6f\u57ab\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u60a8\u5728\u7ec3\u4e60\u65f6\u6ed1\u5012\u6216\u53d7\u4f24\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u66f4\u8f7b\u677e\u5730\u7ef4\u6301\u4f53\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 Yoga\uff09\u548c\u963f\u65af\u5766\u52a0\u745c\u4f3d\uff08Ashtanga Yoga\uff09\u6d3e\u522b\u4e2d\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u8eab\u4f38\u5c55\u7684\u4f53\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5f0f\u5b50\u95f4\u7684\u8fc7\u5ea6\u6216\u4f11\u606f\u59ff\u52bf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e0b\u72ac\u5f0f\u745c\u4f3d\u4f53\u5f0f\u597d\u5904\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
