class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u7df4\u7fd2\u745c\u4f3d\u7684\u597d\u8655\u591a\u4e0d\u52dd\u6578\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u4f60\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u63d0\u5347\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u67d4\u8edf\u5ea6\u548c\u5e73\u8861\u529b\u3001\u77ef\u6b63\u4e0d\u826f\u59ff\u52e2\u3001\u6539\u5584\u9ad4\u614b\u3001\u7d13\u7de9\u8eab\u9ad4\u58d3\u529b\u548c\u6162\u6027\u75bc\u75db\u6216\u7d14\u7cb9\u5e0c\u671b\u57f9\u990a\u904b\u52d5\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u745c\u4f3d\u90fd\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u9069\u5408\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u3002\u745c\u4f3d\u6709\u591a\u7a2e\u6d3e\u5225\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u6d3e\u5225\u7684\u745c\u4f3d\u9ad4\u5f0f\u4ea6\u7565\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u4efb\u4f55\u5e74\u7d00\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u9ad4\u80fd\u9078\u64c7\u53ca\u8abf\u6574\u9069\u5408\u7684\u9ad4\u5f0f\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u745c\u4f3d\u5f37\u8abf\u6b63\u5ff5\u548c\u5c0d\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u4eba\u5011\u900f\u904e\u8abf\u6574\u547c\u5438\u3001\u51a5\u60f3\u548c\u653e\u9b06\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4ea6\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u7dad\u6301\u548c\u6539\u5584\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-heading\">4\u500b\u9069\u5408\u521d\u5b78\u8005\u7684\u745c\u4f3d\u52d5\u4f5c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u958b\u59cb\u7df4\u7fd2\u745c\u4f3d\u524d\uff0c\u5b9c\u5148\u9032\u884c\u4e00\u4e9b\u6eab\u548c\u7684\u62c9\u4f38\u52d5\u4f5c\uff0c\u70ba\u9838\u90e8\u3001\u624b\u8155\u3001\u81c0\u90e8\u548c\u8173\u8155\u7b49\u95dc\u7bc0\u90e8\u4f4d\u71b1\u8eab\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u62c9\u50b7\u3002\u5982\u679c\u74b0\u5883\u8a31\u53ef\uff0c\u8acb\u76e1\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f\u7528\u745c\u4f3d\u588a\u4f86\u9032\u884c\u7df4\u7fd2\uff0c\u56e0\u745c\u4f3d\u588a\u5177\u5099\u9632\u6ed1\u548c\u8edf\u588a\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u53ef\u8b93\u4f60\u7df4\u7fd2\u6642\u907f\u514d\u6ed1\u5012\u6216\u53d7\u50b7\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u8b93\u60a8\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u7dad\u6301\u9ad4\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 Yoga\uff09\u6d3e\u5225\u4e2d\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5168\u8eab\u4f38\u5c55\u7684\u5f0f\u5b50\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u5f0f\u5b50\u9593\u7684\u904e\u6e21\u6216\u4f11\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e0b\u72ac\u5f0f\u745c\u4f3d\u9ad4\u5f0f\u597d\u8655\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
