We had a comfortable stay at this place. It really makes you feel at home, security wise and staff are really friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend this service apartment for those who are looking for but not sure if it is the right place to stay in Hong Kong very highly, on top of this, Lanson Place Waterfront Suites is a member of Lanson Place Personal Hotels @ (133 Leighton Rd, Causeway, Kong Kong) I had been stay with them for many occasions in the passed. I end this with to say you won't be disappointed.

As a local, staying in a serviced apartment in my own city is certainly a new experience to me. My place was undergoing renovation in the previous month. My decision to stay at Lanson Place Waterfront Suites made my previous month an unforgettable experience. The staffs in the serviced apartment are very nice, friendly and helpful. I and my mother was always welcomed whenever we came back. Throughout the stay, we were well taken care of. Although I didn't have a lot of chances to enjoy the facilities there, as I leave for work very early every day, I know that there are nothing short to make your stay as enjoyable as it can be. Rooms are clean with plenty of amenities. I am happy to have Lanson Place WS my home in the last month. Thank you very much for having taken care of us.

Lanson Waterfront Suites is a little gem hiding in a quiet corner beside an old typhoon shelter for fishing boats. First up, the concierge staff were extremely courteous and helpful. My wife and I rented a one bedroom apartment for a month. The apartment size was average by HK standard. It had seaview on side and it overlooked a public park on the other. The place was kept very clean. Fixtures and appliance in the apartment were of high standard. Subways station is 5 mins' walk across the park. The management staff were very helpful and responsive to our requests. We had a very pleasant stay.

The location for us was excellent and convenient with MTR subway and lots restaurants nearby. All the employees from manager Vincent and his team members were very friendly and accommodating, even the housekeeping staffs were patient and attentive to all our needs. The apartment is modern and clean with great views of HK harbor and comfortable furnishings especially the nice bed with a very soft comforter. We very much enjoyed the daily grab and go breakfast, evening happy hour and all day tea and coffee available. Our only issues were slow water drainage when showering and the washer/dryer combo really takes a long time to dry and will shrink some of our clothes, so beware. Again the great staffs from the exceptional leadership of their manager Vincent Ng really made our stay here feel like home.

People works here are all kind and serve the best service.
Breakfast and happy hour snacks were really helpful and enjoyable.
Good to swim everyday with hot weather.
Clean room and facilities were all good, so highly recommened to stay

It was a very convenient 5 week stay. The staff are extremely proactive and always demonstrating a can do attitude. We enjoyed our time and would strongly recommend this to anyone considering to stay here.
