New À La Carte Menu at Salon Lanson

To welcome the arrival of spring, Salon Lanson unveils new lunch and dinner à la carte menus featuring an array of elevated comfort dishes crafted to delight your discerning palate throughout the day.

Perfect for a midday indulgence, the new lunch creations balance rich flavours with refreshing lightness, ideal for both business gatherings and leisurely catch-ups. Highlights include the Grilled Prawn Salad, featuring Argentinian red prawns paired with grilled baby cabbage and a roasted Japanese sesame dressing; the light yet flavourful Pan‑Fried Red Snapper served with spring vegetables drenched in a lemon white wine butter sauce. Complete the meal with the refreshing Japanese‑style Passion Fruit Cheesecake, accompanied by lemon sherbet and crunchy homemade honeycomb.

Dinner offerings are equally tantalising and exquisitely crafted. The Grilled Hokkaido Scallop appetiser features a pan-fried sashimi-grade scallop in a delicate kombu broth with honey beans and steamed leeks, while Gremolata and Macadamia-Crusted Grilled King Salmon showcases premium wild-caught New Zealand salmon paired with wilted kale, beetroot and a traditional dill cream. For desserts, the visually striking Vanilla Panna Cotta and French classic Granny Smith Apple Galette promise a delightful and memorable finale to the evening.
