Lovely hotel. The finishes and decor exude class. Really clean.

Attentive staff. Everyone from the front desk to the door crew to housekeeping were so kind and helpful. Everyone I came across would say hello and make sure I had everything I was looking for.

Quiet but convenient location. Located in Causeway Bay but outside the bustle, so it’s a nice reprieve after a day exploring. So easy to access public transportation or taxi.

I hosted a local friend in the salon, and she was impressed and surprised she didn’t know about the hotel before.

Also, the bonus is the laundry room. So clutch. Wish every hotel had this amenity. Will be back for our next HK visit.

Everything was amazing, the staff were very polite and extremely accommodating. I couldn’t fault a single thing. They provided a cot and baby bottle steriliser, they brought me a cheesecake to wish me a Happy Birthday without me mentioning anything. I will stay here every time I come to Hong Kong. The area is safe with a lot to offer near by (restaurants, shopping malls, convenience stores, pharmacies). The gym has one of the best setups I’ve seen in a hotel, the free laundry was a bonus and very convenient, I was able to wash all of my clothes and come home with one less thing to do. They booked us a private transfer back to the airport at nearly the same price of a standard taxi, the duty of care from the staff to ensure we were sent off in a reliable, safe taxi for me and my family was great especially since we didn’t have a car seat for my infant.

My room very beautiful! The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

It's very convenient to the MTR stations. And shopping is great too! They have a very nice gym, and they also have washers and dryers on the property.

Had an exceptional stay at Lanson Place Causeway Bay — every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm and attentive. Loved the thoughtful birthday surprise with a handwritten card and tote bag, now a sweet keepsake from my trip. Truly memorable hospitality!
