Beautiful hotel with great staff.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were excellent. Our room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. All the amenities you are require are available. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would recommend this hotel.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very warm and welcome. The staffs in the dining room, reception and laundry room always friendly and helpful. They served others with hearts. The staff named Nicole in the reception is very nice, and she explained so well about the booking services, clarified the charging fees and shared life experience. We feel so welcomed and we will definitely come again in the future.

Lovely hotel with fabulous staff.

This is a lovely hotel. Very attentive staff. Good size room. Quiet. Very comfortable. Lots of good restaurants nearby plus places to have breakfast. Had a great stay here. Would recommend.

A lovely hotel located in the CWB city center, five minutes walk to subway. The room was spacious by Hong Kong standards, with tasteful, neutral décor and a comfortable setup. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service showed great attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay and one nice touch was the complimentary prosecco served in the lobby daily btw 5-7pm!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel last weekend. You can feel the attention to detail in many aspects, which made the experience even more enjoyable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities look new and well-maintained, and the location is convenient as well. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Hong Kong.

I am a Fan!

Lanson Place@Causeway Bay is located at a quiet corner yet a stone throw’s away from the prime shopping centres and public transport. But what I love most is the ambience and the staff. The newly renovated reception area and the restaurant are luxurious and relaxing. The service is outstanding in all areas. The reception staff are always so helpful and prompt to attend to my requests. I spilled curry all over my white attire and the laundry team managed to clean it. Unbelievable!

Relative to my recent travel experience in other countries, this hotel is definitely value for money.

I have always liked this hotel and the recent renovation has further enhanced its attractiveness. It will be my preferred choice whenever I visit Hong Kong.
