Had exceptional services and food at the Salon Lanson Restaurant and the Lanson Place Hotel.

My husband and I invited a close friend to dinner at the Salon Lanson last night and had the best experience. The food was amazing and wine excellent.

The most impressive thing was the outstanding services from our servers Po and Keithlynn. They went out of their way to ensure that our food was perfectly made to our particular requests. We were stunned by their attentiveness and very kind gestures. We were truly lucky to have you Po, and Keithlynn. You added much joy and comfort to our month-long stay at the Lanson Place Hotel in Causeway Place.

Two nights ago, we came back to the Lanson Place Hotel after a short trip to Japan. As soon as we stepped back into the Lanson Place Hotel, where we will spend the rest of our trip, we felt like we were back home. The staff who received us in the lobby were warm and cordial. The room we left before our short trip to Japan was sparkingly clean and welcoming. The temperature in the room was just right and the lights were warm. Not to mention the most comfortable bed and the thoughtful toiletries. We stayed in many top hotels worldwide and I can confidently say that the Lanson Place is anong the very best we have stayed at.

Awesome experience!

This place is awesome. We reached early in the morning and the hotel allowed us to have an early check in at 7 am. This kind of gesture made a difference. The hotel presented birthday cheese cake during my birthday and it was delicious. You can also request to have different kind of pillow if your neck require some support in order to have a good sleep through the night. All in all I had great experience with this hotel. All the staffs are polite and friendly as well. Keep it up Lanson Place. You rock!!!

An absolute gem!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming throughout our visit.

The location is perfect, literally right next to all the shops and close to everything you need. As the saying goes, "don't change a winning recipe!" 🩷 We are definitely coming back and we will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Deluxe stay at Lanson Place.

I was there with family and it was a very pleasant stay. Staff gave me an induction to my room. Luxury breakfast buffet. Laundry room. Very nice staff especially at restaurant. Convenient location not far from the metro station.

A great stay.

We had a wonderful experience here, made even better by the incredible service. A huge shoutout to Erika Lau, she was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. Her hospitality really stood out and made our visit memorable.

I had a great stay at Lanson Place Causeway Bay. The staff and service were excellent — everyone was attentive, warm, and always willing to help, especially when I needed assistance with directions and reservations. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and the hotel itself felt fresh and newly renovated. The location was also very convenient and made getting around easy. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it.
