Thank you for making the last part of our holiday perfect!

We stayed for 2 wonderful nights on the last leg of our 10-day trip to HK and Guangzhou. This was the 3rd and best hotel on our trip.

First impression at check-in was the beautiful and clean lobby area. Lush sofas and friendly staff greeted us. In no time, we were shown to our room 2502 which was bright and beautiful with gorgeous views of the Mid-levels, Happy Valley and Causeway Bay.

We were caught in a sudden shower one afternoon and were welcomed back by staff waiting with towels for us to dry off. Such a thoughtful and comforting touch.

I really enjoyed the English breakfast tea provided in the room and asked a reception staff where I might find them to purchase more. She kindly sent several more packets to my room. Thank you so much! I should have asked for your name.

In this day and age where every hotel is cost-cutting and reducing amenities, Lanson stands above the crowd at making guests feel pampered. Most importantly, the warm and genuine staff exude such a welcoming and comforting touch to our stay. Kudos to the team who took such great care of us.

Amazing service and location. HIGHLY recommend when traveling with a baby.

We had a long-term stay with our newborn (his first trip from the US). I would give more than 5 stars if I could:

1. Service. All of the staff at Lanson Place go out of their way to help you and have a positive, energetic attitude. I don't know how they do it. Someone should study how they recruit and train their team.

2. Location. You get all the amazing food and retail in Causeway Bay and you're a short walk to Victoria Park and the Waterfront.

3. Very family friendly. We had a 4-month-old and they helped make it as easy as possible. For example, navigating stairs with the stroller and the crib and bath setup in the room. The 24/7 laundry is also nice.

4. The gym is sweet. Very clean and modern.

If you're coming to Hong Kong for more than a few nights, especially with family, Lanson Place is perfect.

Stay at Lanson Place Hong Kong.

Exceptional Service – Jordan and the Front Desk Team Went Above and Beyond!

My wife and I recently stayed at Lanson Place Hong Kong, and we cannot praise Jordan and the rest of the front desk team enough for their incredible hospitality.

When we get ready to head out for the day, we always prefer to do so together. However, our initial room’s bathroom layout meant we had to take turns getting ready one by one, which wasn't ideal for our routine. When we mentioned this to the team, they didn't just listen—they genuinely cared and took immediate action.

​To accommodate us, Jordan and the front desk team kindly upgraded us to a higher-floor room with a significantly larger, more spacious bathroom layout. It completely transformed our stay and made our daily routine so much smoother.

​The staff at Lanson Place don't just provide standard service; their approach is deeply genuine and sincere. They truly care about the comfort of their guests and look for practical, thoughtful ways to help. Thank you, Jordan and team, for making our stay so memorable and comfortable! We will definitely be back.

My Mum and I stayed in this beautiful boutique hotel in May for 9 days as our base for our China trip and it had provided many happy experiences.

The hotel is well situated in Causeway Bay close to many eateries and shops within walking distance. Public transport and taxi services are readily available.

This is a relatively new and modern hotel with a tastefully designed interior. For the first half of our stay, we chose the XL room which was spacious and comfortable while in the second half we tried the standard room which was in similar layout but slightly smaller yet adequately spaced. The beds are very comfortable.

We enjoyed the daily breakfast with the buffet offering and one main course option in a tranquil surroundings. We also tried the dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious.

The gym was spacious with modern machines. We particularly liked the laundry room which had 3 sets of washing and drying machines to clean our clothes during our trip. This has proved to be very handy.

All the staff who I had encountered from front desk, dining, and housekeeping were friendly, courteous, efficient, and responsible. I had an incident of a lost sock which I had informed a staff member and I didn’t realise that the matter had been escalated to various levels to locate it. While it’s a small incident but the handing impressed me of how seriously this was taken on board by the team.

This place has left a lasting impression and would be the hotel on the list upon my return to Hong Kong.

We hadn't stayed at Lanson Place in over ten years, having visited annually before that, and returning after its renovation was a genuine pleasure from the moment we arrived. The bellboys came out eagerly to help with our luggage, setting the tone for what turned out to be an excellent stay.

Service across the board was fantastic — and that's nothing new. Even from more than ten years ago, the service here has always been exemplary; we remember it being very, very good. This visit was no exception. We arrived early in the morning expecting only to drop off our bags and return at check-in time, but the front office kindly offered to check whether our room was ready — and it was. They had us settled in by 9:45, and while they handled everything, we were able to relax in a lovely reception area and were offered a drink. Throughout our stay, the staff greeted us warmly every time we came and went.

The rooms were comfortable and nicely laid out. Housekeeping deserves particular praise: they noticed we were drinking a lot of water and steadily increased the number of bottles left in the room each day, without us ever having to ask. That kind of initiative is exactly what sets a hotel apart in the hospitality industry.

The location is also a real strength — close to Times Square and everything else Causeway Bay has to offer, making it easy to get around and explore.

Highly recommended for all travelers to Hong Kong. We'll be back.

A stay exceeds expectation.

The hotel is located at a quiet corner of a busy area where you could get around easily while be able to get a good rest.

All the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. You can feel their hospitality at all times. Hotel's deco is chic. Room is clean, well equipped and built with guest friendly design. For example, adaptor already in place that save you the hassle to bring one. Bathroom light has soft mode that I could keep it on all night without disturbing my sleep.
The hotel has a 24-hour laundry room which is free of charge. Very convenient and generous!

It was my best stay ever. Highly recommended.
