Room Attendant
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning hotel rooms and providing turn down service to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standard
- Set up furniture and replenish room amenities according to hotel guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness on the floors and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor to ensure guest room in good condition
- Handle and deliver guest requests professionally
Requirements
- At least 1-year housekeeping experience in a premium hotel
- Demonstrate integrity and initiative
- Hardworking and responsible
- Proficiency in Cantonese; basic communication skills in Mandarin and English
