Excellent boutique hotel experience.

Loved every aspect of the hotel. Located at the heart of Causeway Bay, malls were few minutes away by walk. Glad to experience Lanson Place's high-end interior, service, and breakfast. Willing to go back if I visit Hong Kong again.

The location was great, a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Causeway Bay, yet tucked along a quieter side next to Lee Gardens. The rooms are beautifully decorated and bathrooms are bright and modern.

We also loved the warmth of the staff from check-in, to bell boys and all the service staff, who never failed to smile and every time we saw them.

A Great Hotel.

We were wow by good service by the front desk staff the moment we arrived at the hotel. The check in was smooth. We arrived earlier and they assisted us with an early check in to our room. The room size is just nice and clean. The furniture were built with much thoughts in it for convenience of the guests. Bed and pillow are super comfortable. Located is perfect. 5 mins walks from causeway bay MTR and close to many eateries and shopping areas.

Came here to celebrate my best friend's birthday. It was a rainy day but once you step into the building, you start to de-stress. The decor and atmosphere reminds you of an Haussmannian apartment and you feel like a guest invited to dinner by a very stylish madame.

Our biggest delight is that the service team provides just the right amount of attention - they do the necessary introduction and then leave the table - giving us time and space to talk, de-stress (again), and then dissect the menu. There's a very fine line between attentive service and hovering and we think this team got this balance to the dot.

The menu is not huge, but it covers quite a good range from starters and soup to main and dessert. We liked that it was simple, honest good food - again, what you would expect if you're dining at someone's home. The beef bourguignon alone will make you want to come back again and the apple galette at the end sends you home full of love.

So glad I picked this place to celebrate my friend's special birthday.
