Taking place on Saturday 8 August, The Ultimate Chef’s Table Staycation at Lanson Place combines boutique five-star accommodation with a front-row culinary experience, inviting just 14 guests to enjoy an evening of exceptional food and wine, premium hospitality and panoramic city views.
Guests will check into a 高级一卧室公寓, at which point they'll be welcomed with a drink before making their way to the hotel's 顶级顶层套房公寓, and invited to take their seats at an intimate kitchen bench. Throughout the evening, Benjamin Cooper will prepare and plate each course live, offering guests a rare opportunity to interact with one of Australia's leading chefs, hear the inspiration behind the menu and experience some of the theatre from one of Melbourne's most iconic restaurants in an entirely new setting.
After dinner, guests can retreat downstairs to their apartment hotel room before enjoying a buffet breakfast the following morning and a leisurely 5pm late checkout, transforming an extraordinary dinner into the ultimate Melbourne winter staycation.
