For one night only this winter, Lanson Place Parliament Gardens will transform its Premium Penthouse into one of Melbourne’s most exclusive dining destinations, welcoming Benjamin Cooper, Executive Chef of Chin Chin, for an intimate chef’s table experience.
Taking place on Saturday 8 August, The Ultimate Chin Chin Chef’s Table at Lanson Place offers a front-row culinary experience in a 5-star hotel, inviting just 14 guests to enjoy an evening of exceptional food and wine, premium hospitality and panoramic city views.
Guests will make their way to the hotel’s Premium Penthouse and their seats at an intimate kitchen bench. Throughout the evening, Benjamin Cooper will prepare and plate each course live, offering guests a rare opportunity to interact with one of Australia’s leading chefs, hear the inspiration behind the menu and experience some of the theatre from one of Melbourne’s most iconic restaurants in an entirely new setting.
