I’ve been staying in and out of Lanson for almost a year now under their serviced apartment offering. It’s an amazing hotel — our room is fully equipped with kitchenware and a washing machine,
which really makes it feel like home, and the facilities are excellent. The gym, pool, and Cyan are all great.
The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, from the guards to housekeeping, especially Jennifer. We have cleaning twice a week, and we always know when it’s Jennifer because she cleans our
room thoroughly and with great attention to detail.

We visited Focus Co-Working Space and the ambiance was very conducive for working and even meetings. The food was delicious, the view was great, and Miss Pam was very accommodating and assisted us very well. We will definitely visit again.

We chose to stay at Lanson Place due to its proximity at Mall of Asia. We were greeted with smiles by the personnel at the door and upon checking in. Our room was clean, quiet, and amazing with all the amenities we need to stay for a couple of days, and was replenished everyday as well. However, it's the staff that shows off the Filipino Hospitality, making our experience here great. While eating breakfast at their Cyan Modern Kitchen, we met Laura who checked on us, chatted with us, and livened the experience we had there. Rie was our table server who was always checking what we need, and we even met and chatted with Chef Tin who cooked up the food in the buffet, her vast experience in cooking being showcased as we enjoy our breakfast. Finally, we also have a constant housekeeper JP who was super friendly as he cleans up our rooms, and was able to provide what we need during our stay.
Overall, Lanson Place has been a wonderful experience for me and my family. A good room is one thing, but it's really the excellent, hardworking, friendly staff that this hotel have is what makes this stay great.

Thank you to all staff of Lanson Place MOA for giving their warmest greetings and best smiles to all their guests! Such a nice experience to feel the genuine warmth and best service from these personnel. Kudos to Ms. Marian and Jay of Front desk, Enok of Cyan Restaurant and Gideon of Housekeeping, thanks for your efficient service! Also to the pool staff who had the patience to watch over our makukulit na apo while in the swimming pool.
First time to stay at Lanson and our family enjoyed it so much, with comfortable bed in a nice room with a view of Manila Bay, an amazing view of the sunset! Complete facilities, with gym, pool, playroom for kids! Best location as it is walking distance to SM Mall of Asia. With the huge area, we had a fun time jogging and morning exercise! We had a seafood dinner buffet at Cyan Restaurant - very fresh seafoods and many choices of viands, grilled por and chicken, desserts, soup, the best seafood dinner buffet! We also enjoyed the Buffet breakfast with its many choices of american, filipino, etc. dishes, fresh salads and fruits! We will surely stay again at Lanson Place!

A first class stay. Lanson Place at MOA was opened in 2023, and is very modern and convenient for MOA and all the waterfront attractions in Manila. Staff were friendly and welcoming, starting with the bellhops and security staff when we arrived (take note, big competing hotel next door), and the room was excellent. The rooftop pool was excellent, with fantastic views and we enjoyed a relaxing time up there before dinner. We enjoyed superior cocktails in the evening at the bar overlooking Manila Bay, and the buffet breakfast was excellent with just about everything you could wish to eat. The staff were more than happy for us to leave our baggage locked up securely with them the next day until our late evening flight home. It was a block or so to walk to MOA from the hotel, which kept us entertained and fed while we stayed in Manila. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in central Manila, as it also convenient for Nino Aquino Airport as well as MOA.

This is one of the few hotels that we've been to where the facilities are functioning, clean and well kept. This hotel is a wonderful deal. The service is exceptional. The staff is very accommodating and courteous. The lobby is on the 3rd floor of the building. This is also where the Cyan restaurant with its buffet is located. The third floor has a nice perimeter balcony and a child friendly courtyard. The 11 story building is just across the street from the SM MOA, which is great if you have small children. At the 11th story is the playroom for kids. It is clean and has a tunnel and a pool of plastic balls. Great for getting small children to work off excess energy. The staff is accommodating adults, but could use some training in accommodating children. They should have some crayons and coloring sheets to keep kids occupied. But, these are only minor points to improve on.

Excellent quality of stay. The staff was very accomodating and so polite. The ambiance is so relaxing. We booked a superior studio. The room is soooooo spacious amd sooo clean. We even get to cook our own food and wash our clothes. The bathroom and bedroom is also spacious. Just an excellent experience for my family. If we ever get to book a quality hotel, we will pick lansons. Its also near Sm moa and other Restaurants. 👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️

Best hotel that we have stayed in recently… Comfortable and classy. The most impressive thing about the hotel more than anything else, was the staff. The people that are here, are the most friendly, kind, informative and helpful people I have ever dealt with. The buffet is the best part. It wasn't overwhelming with too many choices, we could really savour and enjoy everything.

Customer Service is Exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful. Such an amazing stay. I was impressed with how Ms. Kim and Sir Marvin of Front Desk accommodated us. The friendly demeanour of other team from the pool area with sir Jhay-ar and the bartender. On behalf of our team of 25, I extend our sincerest gratitude to Lanson Place for an exceptional experience during our strategic planning event in November 2024.
From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the personalized service. The entire team, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, consistently addressed us by name and remembered our preferences, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This level of personalized service is unprecedented in my experience and significantly contributed to the productive and enjoyable nature of our retreat.
Furthermore, the seamless coordination and support provided by your team throughout our four-day stay were invaluable. During a minor medical incident involving one of our team members' children, the swift and compassionate response from the Banquet Manager and Hotel Manager, Cole, was truly commendable. Their immediate assistance and ongoing support provided immense reassurance to our team member and ensured their well-being.
The exceptional service at Lanson Place, coupled with the comfortable accommodations and well-appointed function halls, made our retreat a resounding success. We especially appreciated the opportunity to extend our check-out time, allowing us to further enjoy the exceptional hospitality. from that day forward, they become my top of mind for hotel staycation.
