A terrific option for long stays in Hong Kong. Great location in Eastern district but with excellent MTR, bus and taxi access, it's also super convenient for commutes to Central, the Southside or Kowloon.

Very well appointed rooms. Kitchen set up is terrific, including a premium Nespresso espresso/cappuccino machine. A/V arrangement very good with excellent pay TV channel line up. The building evidently was built as a residential development before being turned into serviced apartments, so has a very home-like feel. Great unobstructed harbor views with a small, but pleasant balcony for fresh air.

The mattress, bed linens and pillow set up was THE BEST I've experienced in over 40 years of travel. To borrow another chain's description, it was "heavenly".

The public area is compact but comfy and efficient, and the equally small-scale gym is very well appointed with machines and free weights.

Staff is wonderfully cheerful and helpful.

Only area suggested to improve an otherwise excellent product are adding a simple printer to the Parlour (without one now documents must be emailed to the front desk for printing…not ideal for private docs).

The 6 months stay in this apartment is definitely one of the most memorable lifetime events in the family. The apartment is so nicely located that it tucks away from the buzzles and huzzles of Sai Wan Ho but it is all within 5-8 minutes walking distance to no matter a supermarket, a shopping mall, a cafe or public transport stop.

My wife and I loved taking a stroll along the promenade which is located right next to the apartment and if you are not a fan of sea breeze there is a big park located opposite to the apartment, take a walk there to feel the vibes of local HK life. There are bunches of restaurants along the promenade of Lei King Wan and all are within a few minutes walk.

We loved the interior deco of the room so much that made us feel like home. We have never had any good experience with central air conditioning in any hotels/apartments and here they installed air conditioners separately. We are very sensitive to environmental noises and the isolation structure here in the room were doing great. The only fallback is the size of fridge particularly on the freezer part that limited us from keeping more food stock. But that was a very minor thing.

Vincent and his great community team demonstrated the highest standard of hospitality. In our 6 months stay we got through pregnancy, baby born, post-natal and even the toughest COVID situation in HK. Everyone in the team showed the pro-activeness and flexbility to help on anything in our daily life. Kudos also to Christina and her team to help on everything in the presale and after moving in. The whole team in WFS deserves a full mark in their services.

And I love so much the arrangement of grab&go breakfast and happy hour session, all were for free.

We have returned home for 3 months and we still occasionally chatted about the goods times in WFS. We are still looking forward to staying in in our next visit to Hong Kong.

We enjoyed our 7 months at Lanson Place Waterfront Suites tremendously. The location directly at the harbour front is excellent, the modern design is superb and the community team on ground makes Lanson Place absolutely unique. Many thanks !

It was the best welcome gift we could have had after completing our mandatory hotel quarantine. We arrived in Hong Kong with lot of inhibitions' and apprehensions during this pandemic season however the staff at Lanson place Water front suites made us feel right at home from the time we arrived. They were extremely courteous & patient with our requests. Strategic location of the place near a public park, close to MTR, Bus stations and close to supermarkets, all made our stay very comfortable.
Being connected to a shipping profession, the best think from our 31st story abode was the view of the sea..
Well done folks.. Keep it up and thank you for making our stay such memorable.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone taking care of the facility, front desk, security and cleaners are amazing. Friendly, polite, flexible. What was supposed to be a 3-month stay turned out of be 9-monther and I enjoyed every minute of it. The view is great, the location is just 5min away from the station where plenty of food choices are available. Company chose this for me, but if I had to do it all over again on my own, I wouldn't hesitate a split second to book here again. Thank you Lanson Waterfront Suites!

Stayed at waterfront suite for 2 months and can say the service was outstanding with helpful staff members catering to your needs. Rooms were spacious and the view is amazing. Will return because of the excellent service provided.
