Focus on quick and efficient luggage handling, guests transportation, parcel delivery and general assistance; including providing information about local attractions.
Assist in traffic control at the driveway.
Keep the baggage room clean and in order before going off duty on each shift.
Requirements
1-2 years’ experience in Guest Services Assistant/Bell Services, added advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, added advantage.
Flexibility to work independent shifts, including weekends, public holidays and night shift (when required).
