The hotel looks like the pictures online. It is a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong yet located near many shops and restaurants. It is a beautiful hotel with plush rooms and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was nice and the salon dining area was elegant yet cozy. It was a wonderful way to start our day. The rooms are very quiet and beds are plush. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This hotel is a newly renovated boutique hotel located at the busy Causeway Bay. We stayed in a standard room which is of a decent size, tastefully decorated and with good amenities. Location of the hotel is excellent, within walking to the shopping area and you can find good eateries at Jardine Bazaar. All the staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. One staff that stood out was Keithlynn, who was very helpful and went out of the way to help prepare some breakfast for my wife early in the morning as we needed to rush to the West Kowloon HSR Station. Breakfast was of a combination of buffet and you can also order from a small menu. Housekeeping, however, can be improved.

The room is very pretty and the renovation definitely made the room more modern (and generally improve my experience at Lanson), very nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast, a quiet oasis in CWB. Always a good time at Lanson, would come back soon.

I had a wonderful stay at Lanson Place in Hong Kong. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is elegant, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, but what truly made the stay exceptional was the team.

Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and attentive. I’d especially like to recognize Leo, Jenny, Holly, and Damian for going above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Their warmth, efficiency, and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made me feel right at home.

Lanson Place strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. A big thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience.

This hotel is a true gem in Hong Kong. Located in bustling Causeway Bay, the hotel is very convenient to get anywhere in the city. The hotel is very luxurious, in an unassuming way -- tucked on the corner of a small street, you enter to find a warm welcome with high end interiors and beautiful decor. You can tell the property was recently renovated with a keen eye for design, with the exposed brick, Art Deco-inspired hardware and comfortable seating that all blends together seamlessly. The rooms are very spacious and feel residential -- the perfect home base for spending time in such a busy city. The furnishings and amenities in the room were equally luxurious -- I loved the bath products and ample counterspace. The food and drink at Salon Lanson is absolutely exquisite -- they have seemingly endless options for breakfast, lunch and dinner that suit any cuisine preference. The bartender is a master mixologist, creating perfect innovative cocktails as well as mastering the classics (I enjoyed his Manhattan!). I used the fitness facility every day, which was surprisingly spacious and inviting, considering the urban location. The equipment was modern, and there was a studio area to do pilates and barre with a ballet bar and mirror to boot, which I rarely see at hotel gyms). All in all, this is the perfect hotel for vacation, business or even a staycation!

We were very happy with the location in Causeway Bay. Our room, the lobby, the breakfast/bar area are very clean and of a pleasantly elegant atmosphere. The fitness centre is relatively small, but the choice and the quality of the equipment is very good. The service was highly attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much.
