We made a booking for our anniversary at Lanson Place, upon entry what welcoming us is the grand entrance, nice and chic designed. Checked in at the front desk and was told we were being upgraded, what a surprise ! The staff are very friendly and even the cleaning team greeted us with a big smile! Room is very clean and couldn't fault anything. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and would definitely come back again!

A must visit. An excellent hotel well positioned, we stayed the night and had bar snacks and drinks downstairs.
A very comfortable environment along with great friendly service. The snacks and cocktails were spot on. The rooms are modern and well designed, the parking is very easy, it’s next door which would be 3 minutes’ walk away.

What a great place to stay. The location is just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Melbourne. The view from our room was wonderful (parliament house, Palace Theatre, Rod Laver and the MCG). Staff and service were excellent with a shout out to Nikola in the Albert Room where we had breakfast each morning. The room was great with a separate bedroom so could lounge around without needing lie on the bed. An all-round great place to stay.

My new go to hotel in Melbourne! What a Gem this place is!
Right on the edge of the city with some incredible views. Could not fault the staff - there were plenty of them on and all were super friendly. Had a couple of quick drinks in the bar which was lovely. Didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. Buffet breakfast was great, with the team looking after my little one well. Great design of the rooms, with plenty of storage space.
A big thanks to Corinne for the lovely personalised amenity and welcome gift - always a lovely surprise. Will be coming back here for sure!

Boutique Hotel Experience. This hotel has to be one of the best finds in the CBD of Melbourne. The boutique feel as soon as you arrive to the quiet, relaxed breakfast lounge was very special, not to mention the stunning view from our room. We will be back!

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a modern touch, offering both comfort and style. The views of the city and garden from my room were stunning. Every staff member I encountered was exceptionally warm, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel genuinely valued. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of luxury, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommended.
