Thank you for making the last part of our holiday perfect!

We stayed for 2 wonderful nights on the last leg of our 10-day trip to HK and Guangzhou. This was the 3rd and best hotel on our trip.

First impression at check-in was the beautiful and clean lobby area. Lush sofas and friendly staff greeted us. In no time, we were shown to our room 2502 which was bright and beautiful with gorgeous views of the Mid-levels, Happy Valley and Causeway Bay.

We were caught in a sudden shower one afternoon and were welcomed back by staff waiting with towels for us to dry off. Such a thoughtful and comforting touch.

I really enjoyed the English breakfast tea provided in the room and asked a reception staff where I might find them to purchase more. She kindly sent several more packets to my room. Thank you so much! I should have asked for your name.

In this day and age where every hotel is cost-cutting and reducing amenities, Lanson stands above the crowd at making guests feel pampered. Most importantly, the warm and genuine staff exude such a welcoming and comforting touch to our stay. Kudos to the team who took such great care of us.

Amazing service and location. HIGHLY recommend when traveling with a baby.

We had a long-term stay with our newborn (his first trip from the US). I would give more than 5 stars if I could:

1. Service. All of the staff at Lanson Place go out of their way to help you and have a positive, energetic attitude. I don't know how they do it. Someone should study how they recruit and train their team.

2. Location. You get all the amazing food and retail in Causeway Bay and you're a short walk to Victoria Park and the Waterfront.

3. Very family friendly. We had a 4-month-old and they helped make it as easy as possible. For example, navigating stairs with the stroller and the crib and bath setup in the room. The 24/7 laundry is also nice.

4. The gym is sweet. Very clean and modern.

If you're coming to Hong Kong for more than a few nights, especially with family, Lanson Place is perfect.

Stay at Lanson Place Hong Kong.

Exceptional Service – Jordan and the Front Desk Team Went Above and Beyond!

My wife and I recently stayed at Lanson Place Hong Kong, and we cannot praise Jordan and the rest of the front desk team enough for their incredible hospitality.

When we get ready to head out for the day, we always prefer to do so together. However, our initial room’s bathroom layout meant we had to take turns getting ready one by one, which wasn't ideal for our routine. When we mentioned this to the team, they didn't just listen—they genuinely cared and took immediate action.

​To accommodate us, Jordan and the front desk team kindly upgraded us to a higher-floor room with a significantly larger, more spacious bathroom layout. It completely transformed our stay and made our daily routine so much smoother.

​The staff at Lanson Place don't just provide standard service; their approach is deeply genuine and sincere. They truly care about the comfort of their guests and look for practical, thoughtful ways to help. Thank you, Jordan and team, for making our stay so memorable and comfortable! We will definitely be back.

My Mum and I stayed in this beautiful boutique hotel in May for 9 days as our base for our China trip and it had provided many happy experiences.

The hotel is well situated in Causeway Bay close to many eateries and shops within walking distance. Public transport and taxi services are readily available.

This is a relatively new and modern hotel with a tastefully designed interior. For the first half of our stay, we chose the XL room which was spacious and comfortable while in the second half we tried the standard room which was in similar layout but slightly smaller yet adequately spaced. The beds are very comfortable.

We enjoyed the daily breakfast with the buffet offering and one main course option in a tranquil surroundings. We also tried the dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious.

The gym was spacious with modern machines. We particularly liked the laundry room which had 3 sets of washing and drying machines to clean our clothes during our trip. This has proved to be very handy.

All the staff who I had encountered from front desk, dining, and housekeeping were friendly, courteous, efficient, and responsible. I had an incident of a lost sock which I had informed a staff member and I didn’t realise that the matter had been escalated to various levels to locate it. While it’s a small incident but the handing impressed me of how seriously this was taken on board by the team.

This place has left a lasting impression and would be the hotel on the list upon my return to Hong Kong.

We hadn't stayed at Lanson Place in over ten years, having visited annually before that, and returning after its renovation was a genuine pleasure from the moment we arrived. The bellboys came out eagerly to help with our luggage, setting the tone for what turned out to be an excellent stay.

Service across the board was fantastic — and that's nothing new. Even from more than ten years ago, the service here has always been exemplary; we remember it being very, very good. This visit was no exception. We arrived early in the morning expecting only to drop off our bags and return at check-in time, but the front office kindly offered to check whether our room was ready — and it was. They had us settled in by 9:45, and while they handled everything, we were able to relax in a lovely reception area and were offered a drink. Throughout our stay, the staff greeted us warmly every time we came and went.

The rooms were comfortable and nicely laid out. Housekeeping deserves particular praise: they noticed we were drinking a lot of water and steadily increased the number of bottles left in the room each day, without us ever having to ask. That kind of initiative is exactly what sets a hotel apart in the hospitality industry.

The location is also a real strength — close to Times Square and everything else Causeway Bay has to offer, making it easy to get around and explore.

Highly recommended for all travelers to Hong Kong. We'll be back.

I stayed here for the 2nd time in the past half year and: for a reason! Personnel, rooms and location - all deserve a thumbs up! The staff is always friendly and supportive and the rooms are offering a great setting, especially for a longer stay! As well the location is very convenient (supermarket just across the street, walking distance to SoHo/Lan Kwai Fong, bus station in front of the door and a nice view, too). Set in a phenomenal location of Hong Kong, offering the most outstanding service, I had absolutely everything I needed for 3 month stay in a Studio Apartment. The location is very nice and can be accessed via various bus and 2 MRT stations. 10 mins by bus can reach causeway bay. Near the seafront and has park downstairs. The room is new decorated and amazing. The most value adding is the stuff team. They are warm and nice and take good care of us. They react quickly for every of my requests.

I stayed here for about two months. All the facilities were clean and perfect, and above all, thanks to the incredibly kind staff, I was able to enjoy a very happy stay.
The canteen was truly wonderful—I could enjoy coffee and bread in the morning, and wine, beer, and light snacks in the evening. I highly recommend this place for any type of stay, whether for travel or a business trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was convenient, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with shops, restaurants and public transportation nearby. Our 2-bedroom suite was spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean (one of the cleanest places I've stayed at.) What made our experience even more special was the incredible staff! We had the most amazing time at Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon recently! The staff was so attentive and everything about the hotel is clean, luxurious and spacious. We stayed in the 1 bedroom residence, which was so large and had everything we could possibly need. Getting picked up with Grab and food delivery was also easy and convenient. Centrally located near the Jalon Alor Food Street, we walked there every night and if you want to have some fun and go to bars, there are many just down the street from the hotel but far enough so it's peaceful and quiet where you're staying. I would definitely stay here again!

Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon was even better than I was expecting!! I stayed for two nights after a wedding and honestly, it was perfect. The apartment was so spacious and it instantly felt like the kind of space you could properly relax in. Waking up to that gorgeous view from the room was such a highlight, and at night it's even better. It was the ideal place to slow down and reset. The staff were so kind and genuinely helpful too, which made everything feel super easy and stress-free. I couldn’t have picked a better spot for a little post-wedding recharge. Would 100% stay again!

The two bedroom residence is so suitable for my family as i travel with two child, the kitchen facilities, washer/dryer etc is so convenience, it made my stay very enjoyable, the price compare traditional hotel is great vale for money, we didn't try the breakfast as we love to try local foods, staff recommend us to go ICC market which is a great place for local foods, thank you so much.

Great spacious apartment for our family of five - two good sized rooms and bathrooms. Perfect location for exploring all parts of the city - super close to both Somerset and Dhouby Ghort MRT lines. Rooftop pool perfect after a long day. Make sure you make the most of Or hard Central and CentrePoint just across the road - everything you could need at both those places.

Stayed here for 3 months. Truly felt like a home away from home. The rooms were elegant and clean. Facilities such as the rooftop pool, gym, community kitchen, public showers and restrooms were spotless and well maintained. Best of all were the staff: from receptionists to housekeeping they were always ready with a smile and greet each guests warmly when they come in. Always willing to help with making travel arrangements and receiving packages. Would recommend anyone to stay here for short or long term stays. Location is also close to public transport, restaurants and shops.

Just spent a week here and it was brilliant. Very clean, cool & quiet for being in such a busy area, virtually no outside noise. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, perfectly situated for easy access to key attractions and amenities in Singapore. The staff, particularly the receptionist, were exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic. I’ve been staying in and out of Lanson for almost a year now under their serviced apartment offering. It’s an amazing hotel — our room is fully equipped with kitchenware and a washing machine,
which really makes it feel like home, and the facilities are excellent. The gym, pool, and Cyan are all great.

The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, from the guards to housekeeping, especially Jennifer. We have cleaning twice a week, and we always know when it’s Jennifer because she cleans our
room thoroughly and with great attention to detail.

We chose to stay at Lanson Place due to its proximity at Mall of Asia. We were greeted with smiles by the personnel at the door and upon checking in. Our room was clean, quiet, and amazing with all the amenities we need to stay for a couple of days, and was replenished everyday as well. However, it's the staff that shows off the Filipino Hospitality, making our experience here great. While eating breakfast at their Cyan Modern Kitchen, we met Laura who checked on us, chatted with us, and livened the experience we had there. Rie was our table server who was always checking what we need, and we even met and chatted with Chef Tin who cooked up the food in the buffet, her vast experience in cooking being showcased as we enjoy our breakfast. Finally, we also have a constant housekeeper JP who was super friendly as he cleans up our rooms, and was able to provide what we need during our stay.

Overall, Lanson Place has been a wonderful experience for me and my family. A good room is one thing, but it's really the excellent, hardworking, friendly staff that this hotel have is what makes this stay great.

Such a nice experience to feel the genuine warmth and best service from these personnel. Also to the pool staff who had the patience to watch over our makukulit na apo while in the swimming pool.
First time to stay at Lanson and our family enjoyed it so much, with comfortable bed in a nice room with a view of Manila Bay, an amazing view of the sunset! Complete facilities, with gym, pool, playroom for kids! Best location as it is walking distance to SM Mall of Asia. With the huge area, we had a fun time jogging and morning exercise! We had a seafood dinner buffet at Cyan Restaurant - very fresh seafoods and many choices of viands, grilled por and chicken, desserts, soup, the best seafood dinner buffet! We also enjoyed the Buffet breakfast with its many choices of american, filipino, etc. dishes, fresh salads and fruits! We will surely stay again at Lanson Place!

A first class stay. Lanson Place at MOA was opened in 2023, and is very modern and convenient for MOA and all the waterfront attractions in Manila. Staff were friendly and welcoming, starting with the bellhops and security staff when we arrived (take note, big competing hotel next door), and the room was excellent. The rooftop pool was excellent, with fantastic views and we enjoyed a relaxing time up there before dinner. We enjoyed superior cocktails in the evening at the bar overlooking Manila Bay, and the buffet breakfast was excellent with just about everything you could wish to eat. The staff were more than happy for us to leave our baggage locked up securely with them the next day until our late evening flight home. It was a block or so to walk to MOA from the hotel, which kept us entertained and fed while we stayed in Manila. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in central Manila, as it also convenient for Nino Aquino Airport as well as MOA.

We made a booking for our anniversary at Lanson Place, upon entry what welcoming us is the grand entrance, nice and chic designed. Checked in at the front desk and was told we were being upgraded, what a surprise ! The staff are very friendly and even the cleaning team greeted us with a big smile! Room is very clean and couldn't fault anything. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and would definitely come back again!

A must visit. An excellent hotel well positioned, we stayed the night and had bar snacks and drinks downstairs.

A very comfortable environment along with great friendly service. The snacks and cocktails were spot on. The rooms are modern and well designed, the parking is very easy, it’s next door which would be 3 minutes’ walk away.

What a great place to stay. The location is just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Melbourne. The view from our room was wonderful (parliament house, Palace Theatre, Rod Laver and the MCG). Staff and service were excellent with a shout out to Nikola in the Albert Room where we had breakfast each morning. The room was great with a separate bedroom so could lounge around without needing lie on the bed. An all-round great place to stay.

My new go to hotel in Melbourne! What a Gem this place is!

Right on the edge of the city with some incredible views. Could not fault the staff - there were plenty of them on and all were super friendly. Had a couple of quick drinks in the bar which was lovely. Didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. Buffet breakfast was great, with the team looking after my little one well. Great design of the rooms, with plenty of storage space.

A big thanks to Corinne for the lovely personalised amenity and welcome gift - always a lovely surprise. Will be coming back here for sure!

Boutique Hotel Experience. This hotel has to be one of the best finds in the CBD of Melbourne. The boutique feel as soon as you arrive to the quiet, relaxed breakfast lounge was very special, not to mention the stunning view from our room. We will be back!
