‘The Coffee Collection’ Menu – Salon Lanson x The Coffee Academics
Salon Lanson joins hands with local specialty coffee pioneer The Coffee Academics to introduce ‘The Coffee Collection’, a limited-time menu that reimagines coffee beyond the traditional cup.
Available exclusively in November, the menu showcases three distinct mocktails alongside a signature cocktail, expertly blending specialty coffee beans with non-alcoholic Seedlip spirits to highlight the unique character of the selected roasts. Refresh with the bubbly, velvety espresso foam of Sun & Sigri, the delicate peach-jasmine notes of Mist & Mountain, the warming oat-milk richness of Roots & Roast featuring The Coffee Academics’ signature ‘Hong Kong Blend’, or the rich and complex Silk & Soil cocktail.
Savour the experience on a sweet note with three delicate plated desserts designed to complement the drinks. Delight in Le Petit Pot de Fleur x ‘Ethiopia Hambela Buku’, a charming chocolate flowerpot with velvety coffee mousse, Jelly & Marmalade Almond Sponge Cake x ‘PNG Sigri B’, featuring silky chocolate mousse studded with diced coffee jelly, or indulge in our Sea Salt Cream Cake x ‘Hong Kong Blend’, spotlighting the coffee’s bold dark chocolate profile.
To extend the experience beyond dining in, a whole-cake version of the Sea Salt Cream Cake is also available for takeaway (3-day advance order required).
