We love this hotel the room is impeccable and very practical and comfortable. Everyone is super nice Tiffany particularly. Their breakfast are varied healthy and delicious. The bed is great and the shower impeccable. Causeway bay is a great location.

Our 4-Day stay at the Lanson Place in Hong Kong.

We stayed at the Lanson Place HK following a recommendation from a family friend living in Hong Kong. We stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is very conveniently placed within the heart of Causeway Bay, which is excellent for accessing downtown Hong Kong. The room we had was very spacious (also aesthetically pleasing) and the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. A very special thanks to Kevin, Narie and Kenny for being so kind and accommodating. We had a few issues during our stay, which the management were very quick to resolve and rectify. This is why this hotel deserves 5 stars; it's the prompt and thoughtful way in which our issues were corrected. Many reviewers will always say what went well and what did not and base their rating on this. And for this reason we would like to applaud and send our genuine gratitude and thanks to Michael Chia (Hotel Manager). In our situation, we were very impressed with the hotel, staff and management and we will definitely come and stay here the next time we are in Hong Kong!

The aesthetic of the hotel is stunning. It feels like an oasis in the middle of HK. I was floored when I walked in.

Staff are so polite and helpful, literally can not do enough for their guests. Really accommodating to any needs or requests and quick to act.

Beautiful Hotel!

We stayed at Lanson Place years ago and came back to stay again after their renovation, they upgraded us to a bigger suite! Love the hotel’s vibes, elegant, stylish atmosphere, a must for their breakfast at their beautiful restaurant Salon Lanson, we enjoy it so much, will come back when we visit Hong Kong again!

Perfect stay.

Highly recommended - truly an oasis within the city. Very much enjoyed the bright, clean, well-designed, luxurious and modern interiors. Excellent soundproofing - no noise from the busy street below penetrated our bedroom. Delicious breakfast (semi-buffet is a bit of a misnomer in my opinion, since the extent of the hot and cold spread could stand on its own alongside what other hotels term a buffet, even though they might have a made-to-order menu as well). Outstandingly courteous service, which exceeded our expectations (recognized a special occasion which we had not informed them about, and did not even solicit a review!).
