Our one week stay at the Lanson was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, Ryan's friendly welcome set the tone. The Concierge Team - especially Jin, Holly, Kenny and Wilson - were amazing. Po and Keithlyn made breakfast a daily delight. We felt incredibly looked after every step of the way. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team - we hope to return to the Lanson on our next visit!

Also to boys Damon and Wilson and Polly and also the restaurant staff always attentive . The spread was good as usual not too heavy

Lovely boutique hotel, completely renovated a year ago so in tip top condition. Very helpful staff and lovely rooms. Location very good too. Good value compared to other options.

I've stayed in many branded 5-star hotels in the world in my decades of business travel, including to Hong Kong. This time, I travelled to HK with my 80-year old mother for a holiday. I booked Lanson Place purely based on the reviews here - thank you, reviewers! This is the best city hotel in the world bar none, even without a bathtub, swimming pool or spa (but the gym is beautiful). The room is a good size by central HK standards with comfortable seating for 3 persons. The attention to detail (e.g. the corridors always smell fresh, heaps of charging points in the room), every courtesy (especially to my aged mother), warmth of the staff and complimentary happy hour bubbles, the list goes on. My first day was exceptionally memorable. The staff flagged down a taxi for us, but the taxi stopped on the opposite side of the road. 2 staff members then accompanied my mother and I to cross the road and flanked us to make sure we boarded the taxi safely away from oncoming cars. The Concierge, Jin and Wilson, are truly exceptional. Jin is genuinely caring and helpful, especially when my mother became a little unwell. Always follow her excellent recommendations! Wilson will risk his life to flag down a taxi for you at evening rush hour, and then warmly welcome you back after your dinner. He is way beyond 5 stars. To me, he was the star of the hotel. After a long day exploring the busy city, someone will always open the door when you arrive at the hotel steps, and welcome you back with a smile. The Salon Lanson where breakfast is served, just exudes class (there's free flow prosecco for breakfast). Keithlyn will make your day. She'll remember your favourite table, newspaper and attend to you with a warm smile, going about her busy morning with quiet professionalism. The breakfast wonton noodles here are the best in HK, don't bother trying this elsewhere. The Sous-chef was really friendly as I nudged him to reveal his secret wonton recipe. I could really gush heaps more about this hotel at the risk of sounding like a sponsored reviewer, which I am not. Lanson Place truly lives up to be one of the (Best) Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

The breakfast at the hotel is very good as well.

Newly renovated hotel (SLH (small and luxury hotel) group). Absolutely no regrets coming here with top notch and personalized service from Jin, Damon, Kenny and Eric. The small touches in the room, amenities and lobby were amazing; eg one can order extra water using an app, there’s fresh bakehouse egg tarts (there’s no need to do the queue) waiting for us at 0900 hours daily in the lobby and free flow Prosecco in the evening. The self service laundry room at level 5 is also a hit with high quality commercial machines and detergents (useful after you come back from one of the trails). I also love the thoughtfully designed work desk with multiple adjacent power points. Will stay here again during my next visit to HK. Highly recommended!

Staffs are very well trained and always willing to help. The check in process was swift and the room has been prepared well - clean and comfort. Good selection of breakfast especially with the option of champagne! Definitely a gem in Causeway Bay and looking forward to stay here again.
