Guest Service Officer
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth check-in and check-out process for guests
- Strict implementation of the checkout and financial procedures
- Contacting the relevant departments (such as engineering, housekeeping , security department , etc.) to solve the problems of guests
- Updating log-book, acknowledge log-book and follow up
- Handling complaint for guests in a professional and skilful manner
- Offering wake-up service and delivering accurate messages
- Handling express mail, parcels and other services for guests
- Answering questions raised by the guests on a variety of information
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year working experience on service apartment/hotel reception is preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Good communication and telephone skills
- Mature personality and happy to assist with the guests
- Detail-minded and have a sense of responsibility
